Abstract

Se analiza y comenta por la especialista DrC Carmen Arocha Mariño a cargo del tema, la publicación El costo en salud y la corresponsabilidad clínica desde un enfoque gerencial, del Dr.Cs. Orlando Carnota Lauzán, publicado en la Revista Cubana de Salud Pública, en su v.36 n.3 de jul - sep 2010 que tiene su Sitio Web en la dirección http://www.sld.cu/sitios/revsalud. En este trabajo se enfoca el costo en salud, y particularmente su crecimiento, bajo una óptica gerencial. Se presentan cinco posibles causas que pudieran explicar la multicausalidad del crecimiento de los costos en salud.
