Methods: Theoretical and empirical methods were used that respected ethical aspects, according to the Declaration of Helsinki.
Results: When applying the SWOT matrix, insufficiencies were identified and a deficient use of computerized resources that are part of the development strategy of the National School of Public Health could be appreciated. The developed applications do not yet have the expected impact due to internal and external factors.

The exercise made it possible to build, as a whole, a more inclusive and compromising vision, which led to the proposal of concrete actions, based on the deficiencies identified and with a horizon towards 2030, aimed, fundamentally, at continuing to promote the adoption of competencies and skills in the use of ICT in substantive processes and in this way, Move forward consciously, through staged planning and implementing corrective actions.Downloads
