Modelos fenomenológicos aplicados al estudio de la COVID-19 en Cuba
Abstract
Resumen El reciente brote epidémico de la COVID-19 en el planeta ha resultado en una seria amenaza al desarrollo de la especie humana. Por ello se impone estudiar con todos los medios a nuestro alcance la evolución de esta enfermedad. En el presente trabajo se aplican modelos llamados fenomenológicos al estudio de la COVID-19 en Cuba. Como fuente de datos solo se requiere el reporte diario que efectúan las autoridades sanitarias de nuestro país desde el inicio de la epidemia. Se demuestra que los modelos fenomenológicos tienen gran valor para realizar pronósticos que pueden guiar las intervenciones que los sistemas nacionales de salud realizan para contener la expansión de la COVID-19.Downloads
