El papel de las Sociedades Científicas en la toma de decisiones del Directivo de la Salud

Editorial sobre la importancia de las sociedades científicas cubanas de la salud como órganos asesores del sistema nacional de salud y en la toma de decisiones de los directivos del sector. La participación de los dirigentes como miembros de estas organizaciones, les permitirá una mayor comprensión de los procesos, mejorar métodos y estilos de trabajo, establecer un ciclo de dirección más participativo, exponer los resultados de su trabajo y experiencias de su gestión en diversas formas de comunicación científica, y ejercer un liderazgo y toma de decisiones con bases más efectivas.
ABSTRACT
Editorial on the importance of the scientific Cuban health societies as national health system adviser and its role played in health board decision-making. The leaders’ participation as members of these organizations, will allow them a major comprehension in the processes, to improve methods and working styles, to establish a more participative cycle of management, to expose the results of their work and management experiences in diverse ways of scientific communication, and to exercise a leadership and decision making with more effective bases.
