Abstract

Se presenta el informe general de la investigación gestión de la planificación de actividades en el Ministerio de Salud Pública, impacto en el trabajo gerencial, donde se resume el proceso y los resultados del estudio, que por su enfoque gerencial, el empleo de herramientas y técnicas de la gestión por procesos en salud, es válido para tener en cuenta como herramienta de trabajo de los directivos del Sistema Nacional de Salud.
