Abstract

Se presenta la consulta realizada a directivos, funcionarios y especialistas involucrados en la gestión de la planificación de actividades del Ministerio de Salud Pública y de su operación real dentro de los niveles nacional y provincial. Participaron especialistas de la Dirección de Organización y Planificación, de las áreas organizativas del nivel central, directores de unidades de subordinación nacional, provinciales de salud y de hospitales provinciales. Además, dado el carácter nacional del procedimiento empleado para gestionar la planificación, se realizó una consulta a especialistas de otros Organismos de la Administración Central del Estado, con el propósito de apreciar las coincidencias o no de los problemas.
