Tutorial training for administrative leaders and reserves from the areas of Economy and Services in Higher Medical Education

Abstract

Introduction: The tutorial training proposed is focused on the formation and development of the administrative leaders and reserves from the areas of Economy and Services in Higher Medical Education, based on which an analysis from an active an innovative perspective was carried out to favor a participating learning to sustain these people’ upgrading, but also its educative character.

Objective: To contribute to enhance the quality of the process of formation and development of the administrative leaders and reserves from the areas of Economy and Services in Higher Medical Education, through a reflexive analysis of the tutorial training

Positioning of the authors: The tutorial training proposed was important for the formation and development of the administrative leaders and reserves from the areas of Economy and Services in Higher Medical Education. There are few studies carried out on this subject matter, and they are not focused on the context analyzed by the authors, so that they were not enough to upgrade the present limitations in the above-mentioned administrative leaders and reserves.

Conclusions: The study carried out was oriented towards the necessity of establishing new kinds of upgrading methods of the actors object of analysis who, on the other hand, require a process of formation and development where emphasis is to be made on knowing how to do things. At the same time, it has been considered to be a reliable kind of activity for the post-graduate education that facilitates the intervention in key processes for the formation and development of the administrative leaders and reserves  that has been poorly treated as an alternative to attain theory and practice.
