Luis Fernando Navarro Martínez, National Council of Scientific Health Societies

Vice ministro de Salud Pública de la República de Cuba. Licenciado en Economía en la Especialidad Finanzas y Crédito. Master en Administración Empresarial. Ha sido profesor del Instituto Superior de Dirección de la Economía, Director de la Escuela Provincial de Dirección de la Economía en la provincia de Guantánamo y Vice director de la Escuela Provincial del Partido Comunista de Cuba en dicha provincia
