Una experiencia personal que se convierte en una metodología de trabajo para los gerentes del sistema de salud en Cuba.

Se realiza un análisis personal del libro del Dr. Pastor Castell-Florit Serrate, que versa sobre sus experiencias personales, en su trayectoria como directivo del sistema nacional de salud por más de 50 años, desde el inicio de su carrera como médico, en la actual Isla de la Juventud hasta el presente. El libro narra la obra del Dr. Pastor Castell en sus diversas actividades como directivo en los diferentes niveles de atención del sistema de salud, donde en cada una de ellas expone sus experiencias, las cuales considero que constituyen en la actualidad metodologías de trabajo para poner en práctica por los actuales directivos. Se destaca la puesta en práctica en todas las actividades desarrolladas, la superación constante que se necesita en las actividades gerenciales en los cuadros del sistema de salud, donde la superación ha sido una constante en su brillante hoja de servicio. Sugerimos que estas experiencias se apliquen como una metodología de trabajo en la actualidad
