Abstract

Se presenta el proyecto de transformación del Municipio de San Nicolás, mediante de la identificación y planificación de actividades que den respuesta a las necesidades, Para ello se aplicaron entrevistas, grupos focales, matríz dafo y otras técnicas que ayudaron a determinar las fuerzas actuantes y llegar a un diagnóstico de cada área de resultado clave y presentar la propyesta de proyecciones.
