Intervención del Dr. José Ángel Portal Miranda en la 72 Asamblea Mundial de Salud 2019, donde ratificó el compromiso de Cuba  de compartir las experiencias alcanzadas en el desarrollo de la Atención Primaria de Salud, poniendo a disposición de la Organización Mundial de la Salud y sus Estados Miembros, los Programas de Cooperación, las universidades médicas para la formación de profesionales y técnicos, los productos de la industria médico farmacéutica y biotecnológica, como forma de contribución al alcance de la cobertura sanitaria universal para todos.
