Se reproduce la comparecencia del Ministro de Salud de Cuba, en la 12ª reunión de Ministros del Movimiento de Países No Alineados, donde se ratificó la importancia de este espacio de unión y concertación y la revitalización del Movimiento, abogó por la adopción e incorporación de políticas que garanticen el acceso equitativo a los servicios, integrales, de calidad, centrados en las personas, familias y las comunidades, con énfasis en la promoción de la salud y la prevención de las enfermedades; así como, ratificó el compromiso con la cooperación Sur-Sur, como vía fundamental para el desarrollo y el logro de la Cobertura Sanitaria Universal.
