La situación actual requiere disponer de métodos y estilos de dirección que favorezcan la activa y consciente participación de los trabajadores, organizados en sus respectivos servicios, salas, departamentos o grupo, que garantice con el dinamismo requerido, el cumplimiento de la misión, objetivos y programas que corresponden a esa unidad organizativa, discutiendo las formas prácticas en que la desarrollarán y las iniciativas aprobadas por el colectivo. Identificando siempre qué hacer para incrementar el nivel de satisfacción que se alcanza o solucionar las causas de insatisfacciones, para esto se organizará el contacto sistemático con pacientes, familiares y población del área.
