Helenio Ferrer Gracia, Especialista de 2do grado en Epidemiología, Doctor en Ciencias Médicas, Profesor Titular e Investigador Titular, Profesor Consultante y Profesor Emérito de la Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de La Habana.
