El estado actual y las perspectivas de la salud pública cubana requieren el desarrollo, en toda su plenitud, del Movimiento del Colectivo Moral, como vehículo esencial para la acción cohesionada de todos en cada unidad de este sector dirigido a la búsqueda y obtención de los más altos niveles de calidad y por tanto, de satisfacción de la población por el servicio que reciben.

Este material, ya conocido, no es una clásica metodología donde se pretenda definir, paso a paso, las acciones a desarrollar;  si no más bien intenta refrescar el conjunto de los principales conceptos en cuya aplicación se debe trabajar, de manera creadora, en cada lugar.
