RESUMEN:
Se analiza y comenta por la especialista a cargo del tema, la publicación Toma de decisiones: Obtener el éxito, del MSc José Ramón Betancourt, publicado el 28 de noviembre del 2006, en el Sitio Web Degerencia.com; quien plantea que pudiera tomarse como ejemplo las situaciones en las que muchas veces tienen que decidir los directivos del sistema de la salud en Cuba, donde la jerarquía social y estatal que tiene este sector los compromete a conducir a las instituciones que dirigen hacia el logro de la eficiencia, efectividad, eficacia, calidad y satisfacción de la población y concluye invitando a los lectores a contrastarlo con este criterio y al final, sacar sus propias conclusiones sobre el proceso de toma de decisiones.
ABSTRACT:
Decision Making: getting success. Analysis and comments by the specialist in charge of the issue, the publication Decision Making: getting success, MSc José Ramón Betancourt, published on November 28, 2006, in the Degerencia.com Website who states that situations in which Cuban health system directors have sometimes to make decision, in which social and state hierarchy of this sector, commits them to lead entities they run to effective and efficient quality and satisfaction of the population should be take into account. He concludes inviting the readers to draw our conclusions.
