Abstract

El presente trabajo esta realizado con el objetivo de ayudar a los directivos del Sistema Nacional de Salud en su quehacer diario como máximos responsables de los resultados de las Instituciones que dirigen.

Se muestran los conceptos, funciones, preparación e importancia de los Consejos de Dirección y Económico en la toma de decisiones del centro.
