Abstract

Editorial del Ministro de Salud Pública de Cuba para el 1er. número del 2021, en el que hace un recuento del pasado año. Trasmite la felicitación del Consejo de Dirección del Ministerio de Salud Pública a los trabajadores de la Salud y enfatiza que habrá un antes y un después de la COVID-19 en el mundo: es esa una verdad innegable. El reto en nuestro sector, como en todo el país, está en hacer un uso más eficiente de los recursos disponibles y del presupuesto asignado. Ese será un modo de actuar que caracterizará el accionar de nuestro día a día. Las lecciones aprendidas en este periodo ratifican que la unidad constituye un elemento indispensable que debe prevalecer en todos los ámbitos del desempeño cotidiano.
