Objective: To present the main results of the design of the system for faculty evaluation management at the National School of Public Health.
Methods: A descriptive study was carried out in which theoretical, empirical and statistical methods were used, respecting ethical aspects and leading to the modeling of the management system. The procedure was carried out in three stages: diagnosis, intervention and implementation.
Results: From the record of the professor's activities, which includes publications, participation in events, results in projects, among others, the system manages, in an automated manner, reports related to the curriculum vitae, teaching and research evaluation, scientific results, etc., maintaining digital evidence and traceability of all operations executed.
Conclusions: The system for teacher evaluation management optimizes the management of teaching-research evaluation of teachers by digitizing the entire evaluation process and the corresponding decision making of managers, as well as generating digitized reports making use of the data; all of which is essential in the digital transformation of the institution.Downloads
