Abstract

Se analiza y comenta por la especialista a cargo del tema: DrC Carmen Arocha Mariño, el artículo titulado "La dinámica del líder en el proceso de cambio organizacional", de la autora Claudia Negrete Jiménez, publicado en Contribuciones a la Economía, Septiembre 2012, en www.eumed.net/ce/2012. El trabajo examina la función del líder a nivel directivo, en el proceso de cambio organizacional y se reflexiona y comenta de manera contextualizada los principales aspectos del mismo.
