Actions for doctoral professional training at polyclinic level

Introduction: Doctoral training of professionals represents a process in the development of Primary Health Care.Objective: To design actions for doctoral training of professionals at Pedro Borrás Astorga Polyclinic.
Method: A dialectical materialistic method was carried at Pedro Borrás Astorga Polyclinic, Pinar del Río, during January to March 2018. Many methods were used in the investigation for the search and prosecution of the information: theoretical, empiric and statistical (descriptive).
Results: Actions were designed for scientists training at the institution in order to achieve high level of knowledge, quality in services rendered and higher social commitment.
Conclusions: The actions for doctoral training at Pedro Borrás Astorga polyclinic constitutes an opportunity to increase the scientific level of their physicians.
