In the quantitative phase a pre-experimental study was carried out in which the Organizational Climate Inventory was applied to the study universe of 100 nurses, with the results the intervention was designed, the that was validated with experts prior to the application, one year later it was evaluated with the same diagnostic instrument. In the qualitative phase, an exploratory study was carried out through two focus groups, to investigate the causes of the deviations. Results: The intervention improved the organizational climate in three of the dimensions (participation, reciprocity and motivation), the causes of the negative persistence of the leadership dimension respond to problems of management, overcoming and communication styles. Conclusions: The intervention for the improvement of the organizational climate designed from the diagnosis of the deviations and applied with a participative approach constituted establishing favorable actions for the improvement of the dynamics of the nursing team.Downloads
