The evaluation process of cadres, an extraordinary management tool

Introduction: The evaluation is a systematic activity that must be carried out by the bosses with their subordinates as an essential part of the System of Work with the cadres and constitutes an extraordinary instrument of direction and education, through which the behavior and the results obtained by this one in the fulfillment of its missions and tasks are valued.Objective: To value the importance of the evaluation process cadres and the impact on the performance of the position.
Development: It was a qualitative study of descriptive character in order to value the importance of the process of evaluation of the cadres and its impact in the performance of the position. Theoretical methods were used in order to carry out the analysis and synthesis of documentary and bibliographic reviews on the subject studied. The empirical method used was the presentation and collective discussion of the topic in a methodological meeting of specialists from the national subordination units, where the positive, negative and interesting technique was also applied, as well as a brainstorming session with the purpose of knowing the participants' criteria on the topic addressed.
Conclusions: The results of the evaluation of cadres allow to evaluate their successes, deficiencies and their causes, determining, at the same time, how the principles of the Policy of Cadres have been applied and tracing the measures for the future work; it is necessary that the managers become aware of the importance of an adequate application of the methodology for the process of evaluation of the cadres.
