The methodological work is the work carried out by the subjects involved in the educational teaching process, with the aim of achieving optimum results in this process. It is fundamentally based on the preparation of academic directors, teachers and support staff, in order to put them in a position to efficiently and effectively direct the training process. With this article we intend to address the issue of teaching preparation of managers through methodological work as part of the control of the process of academic management considering the growing increase of teachers in the Universities of Medical Sciences and the new requirements for overcoming it indicated by the Ministry of Higher Education as a priority.Downloads
