Craig Himpan, author of the book Management Malpractice, presents an overview of the various mistakes that are often made daily in the internal and external work of an organization. When these managerial errors are not exposed and corrected, we are in the presence of managerial malpractice. Although it has always existed, managerial malpractice is such a deeply rooted phenomenon in recent times that, if not corrected in time, it destroys morale, productivity and, eventually, organization.
